CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
Ozone is being used for the deep cleaning of each boat. It is an efficient treatment, behind closed doors, that eliminates viruses, bacteria, fungi, mites, and allergens in all corners. Ozone disinfects and sterilizes even hard-to-reach spaces such as air conditioning ducts
Additionally, all surfaces, equipment, and articles on the ship are kept disinfected with 70% alcohol during each departure: handrails, ladders, chairs, tables, vests, and kitchen utensils. We ship with alcohol and make it our great ally! 🙂
SINGLE PERSONAL REGISTRATION / DEPARTURE AND ONLINE MONITORING
The check-in and check-out are carried out with a single client, who gets on the boat with the person in charge of the boat to receive or deliver it.
The other procedures are done online whenever possible. In times of pandemic, digital solutions have consolidated and we offer you all the services you need by contacting you by email or WhatsApp. Any questions you have we will solve with a call to the mobile.
DISTANCE AND SOCIAL PROTECTION
We control the necessary requirements to protect the crew and sailors: mandatory use of masks, regular hand washing, daily temperature measurement, and permanent attention to maintaining social distance during group outings.
